Are you around this weekend and don't know what to do in the Junction Triangle? Well here's what's happening in your neighbourhood...



Junction Farmers Market
  • runs every Saturday morning through the summer to early fall
  • June 2-October 13, 2012
  • 8:30am-12:30pm
  • Located in the Green P parking lot at Dundas St W and Pacific
  • fresh local food
ParkBus Provincial Park Service
  • great for families that do not own cars or families trying to be more green
  • a bus service that takes you to a few of Ontario's best provincial parks
  • pick up spot closest to the neighbourhood is Dufferin and Bloor
  •  you can bring all your camping gear and select the dates you want to travel
  • project by Transportation Options (T.O.), a non profit organization

Train Wall Horror Show
  • for anyone, especially residents of the Junction Triangle, wondering what the future of diesel train service will look like in their neighbourhood
  • there will be a display at Perth Square Park (350 Perth Ave) on Sunday September 16, 2012 from 12pm-3pm
  • as part of the massive diesel train expansion that is already happening, the provincial government will be installing 5 meter high fences all along the tracks bordering the Junction Triangle
  • The Junction Triangle Rail Committee will be constructing and displaying the train walls that will eventually be built in this neighbourhood as awareness to the residents
